ABOUT
UNITED METHODIST WOMEN (UMW)
The
UMW is an inclusive mission organization - an integral part of the

an organized unit of United Methodist Women".
The
Book of Discipline, 1992,
Par. 264.6

in acts of justice and mercy, catalysts for needed change,

participation throughout the church and the world. The total program
reflects the historical thrust of mission through Spiritual Growth,
Mission Education and Interpretation, Christian Social Involvement
in support of women, children, and youth.

Our

several times a year for World Day of Prayer and by invitation one
meeting at each church's women's group.
